Hi, I’m Louise, the founder of Ella’s Gourmet. Cooking, entertaining, and sharing food with the people I love has always been part of who I am. What started as a simple homemade snack for family, friends, and local gatherings soon became something much bigger.

Our signature “Hulless” Caramel Corn was created for people who enjoy a sweet, crunchy treat without the hard kernels that come with traditional popcorn. After one taste, friends would ask for bags to take home, to bring to parties, or to give as gifts. Before long, the demand grew far beyond our kitchen, and Ella’s Gourmet was born.
